Short Description

The project explored new ways of displaying and interacting with networked data through a rhizomatic navigation system. Consisting of a web-based application connected to the delicious.com network, the application generated a navigable visualization of a user's bookmark database based on the random selection of an input link as a starting point. Each node on the map consisted of a link related by a random selection of its associated tags. The spatial positioning of the nodes was determined by the degree of proximity between subjects and the number of tags assigned.
